Shipping within Finland

​

All artworks delivered within Finland come ready to hang. You may also choose to:

 

• Pick up your artwork in person from Lähderanta, Espoo

• Enjoy free home delivery within the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa)

International Shipping

 

 

For international orders, artworks larger than 70x80 cm are shipped rolled, without frames, to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.

 

 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Finland

 

• Unframed artworks: 2–5 business days

• Framed artworks: 5–10 business days

 

 

International Shipping

 

• Unframed artworks: 3–7 business days

• Framed artworks: 10–15 business days

Damaged Artwork During Shipping

​

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. While all artworks are packed with great care, I cannot offer refunds for pieces damaged during transit.

 

 

 

Returns

​

If you are not satisfied with the artwork, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the piece.

 

Please note:

 

• Returns are not accepted for artworks damaged during shipping.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Orders

​

Custom-made artworks created based on your specific requests are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

 

 

Packing Instructions for Returns

​

You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address with your order. Please follow these guidelines carefully:

 

Rolled Drawings

 

• Roll the artwork image-side inwards using smooth, acid-free paper.

• Place the rolled piece in a sturdy mailing tube.

• Affix the provided return address clearly on the outside.

 

 

Framed Drawings

 

• Wrap the entire frame carefully in bubble wrap and add corner protectors.

• Pack it securely in strong double-walled cardboard.

• Attach the provided return address label.

 

 

Important: Refunds are not issued for artworks that arrive back damaged
